Do you offer home sample collection?
Yes! Home sample collection is available all over India through our multi-brand lab network. Message us on WhatsApp at 8707099014 to book a home collection appointment at your convenient time and location.
How long does it take to get reports?
Most routine tests are delivered within 24 hours. Many tests like blood sugar and urine tests are available the same day. Specialised tests (DNA, allergy panels, cancer markers) may take 2–5 days. Reports are sent directly to your WhatsApp for convenience.
What are your working hours?
We are open Monday to Saturday from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM, and on Sundays from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM. We recommend booking an appointment on WhatsApp to avoid waiting time.
